Czech one step closer to finalizing World Cup roster
The 38 best players from the Czech Republic, including four MLB players, were present on the provisional training roster which was given to IBAF. In the past few days, the Czech national team staff narrowed the roster down to 29 players. Five more players from the list will have to be rejected before the tournament to make the final roster. The final decision should be made by the end of August.
The Czech national team has been preparing intensively for the most significant event of this year, the Baseball World Cup. From September 3 to September 6, players will have a training camp in Ostrava as a final preparation for the tournament., in the Czech Republic.
